Assembly 2025 Sponsorship Details
Please see the details below to ensure your company has a great showing at our event!
Sponsorship branding
Please email us your company logo, company descriptor, and any other related materials you would like highlighted at the Assembly conference.
Company attendees
Your company attendees' event registration and hotel reservations are required by JULY 31st.
After this date, spaces cannot be guaranteed.
Ensure your company attendees have:
1. REGISTERED for the conference
2. Reserved a room at our host hotel using our discounted room block - see HOTEL page for details
Conference target attendees
We will provide your company with a contact list of registered conference attendees 4 weeks prior the conference (on or around August 4th). With this list, you may email, call upon, or coordinate any advance conference marketing.
A full Arete Wealth field rep contact list can also be provided at sponsors' request.
Exhibit table
TABLES PROVIDED - NO BOOTHS, PLEASE
All sponsors may have a table throughout the conference to share materials. Note, the meeting space does not have space for booths, so items must fit on a standard 6' table. Approved items to send include branded tablecloths, brochures, small branded giveaways, free-standing roll-up banners, and tabletop displays.
The Partner Village is in a common area, outside of our meeting and meals spaces, and can be accessed at any point during the conference (during/after sessions, breaks, etc.).
DEDICATED EXHIBIT HOURS
WED, Sept. 3rd ...10:30AM - 1PM
THUR, Sept. 4th...8AM - 9AM; 11:30AM - 1PM; 4PM - 5PM
FRI, Sept. 5th...8AM - 9AM*
*Partner Village closes after this time.
SET-UP and TEAR DOWN
You may set up your exhibit area beginning WED, 9/3 at 8AM. Exhibits must be packed up after the Partner Village closes on FRI, 9/5 (after 9AM). Between those times, you may set up or take down your materials whenever you like.
Electric and Wifi will also be available as needed for exhibit tables.

If you are shipping materials to the conference for your exhibit table, please use the address below.
*SHIPPING MATERIALS can be accepted by the hotel starting THUR, AUG. 28th. Shipments must arrive by TUES, SEPT. 2nd to be received in time for the conference start WED, SEPT. 3rd.

Additionally, if you need your team to ship materials back from the conference, please include return shipping labels, and after the items are re-packed by your team, our hotel will arrange for pick up.
